Auto Eleganz – Online Shop for Car Accessories, Rims, and Tires

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Auto Eleganz online shop.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is only concluded when we confirm the order by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted and include shipping in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver within Switzerland. Delivery times are non-binding. Should an item be unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.

5. Payment Terms
Various payment methods are available in the online shop, e.g., credit card, PayPal.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs, provided the goods match the order.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We are not liable for damages caused by improper use.

9. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
